Corrado’s Farm

October is here, which means spiced apple cider, apple picking, and haunted hayrides. Corrado’s Farm, located on Mt. Bethel Road in Hackettstown is offering special rates on Sunday nights for students with I.D.

Corrado’s Farm is known to have one of the best haunted hayrides in the area. The hayride lasts for forty-five minutes in the woods and along the way there are a few stops. One can sip on hot apple cider with witches or snack on some donuts with ghouls. Also the hayride passes through a haunted graveyard. If you’re one who scares easily don’t worry, it’s not too scary, when ghosts, werewolves, and zombies jump out at you it’s scary for a few seconds.

According to njfamily.com, the scare factor of the hayride was rated a 3 out of 5 which is a pretty moderate rating. They have advertised that if one wants to go with a big group of people, it’s best to reserve your spot on the hayride, because if not, since it is such a popular location, one will be waiting a good hour or so in the line.

If you’re not one who likes the haunted hayrides, there is also a haunted house to walk through. It’s about two stories but you can turn around at any time if it’s too scary. Not one for chilling places? Corrado’s also has a corn maze that one can go through which isn’t haunted.

Regular admission is placed at $30.00 for all three attractions. For separate attractions prices is: $14.00 for the haunted hayride, $ 14.00 for the haunted house, and $6.00 for the corn maze. With a student I.D. there is a discount on Sunday nights only for any attraction, or the combo price, and active military are free any night with an I.D. Group discounts are also available any night, so call now and reserve your spot for any Friday, Saturday, or Sunday.
