Eleidy​ ​Breton​ ​is​ ​accused​ ​of​ ​raping​ ​and​ ​sexually​ ​assaulting​ ​a​ ​12​ ​year​ ​old autistic​ ​child​ ​in​ ​the​ ​Bronx,​ ​NY.​ ​The​ ​incident​ ​had​ ​been​ ​ongoing​ ​from​ ​April  2015-August​ ​2016.​ ​The​ ​child​ ​reported​ ​the​ ​problem​ ​to​ ​authorities.  After​ ​the​ ​boy​ ​reported​ ​the​ ​crime​ ​to​ ​police​ ​in​ ​July,​ ​Breton​ ​instructed​ ​him​ ​to  delete​ ​call​ ​logs​ ​and​ ​text​ ​messages.Breton​ ​lost​ ​her​ ​job​ ​at​ ​the​ ​latin elementary​ ​school.  She’s​ ​charged​ ​with​ ​predatory​ ​sexual​ ​assault,​ ​rape,​ ​endangering​ ​the  welfare​ ​of​ ​a​ ​child​ ​and​ ​tampering​ ​with​ ​physical​ ​evidence.​ ​Eleidy​ ​was​ ​due  back​ ​in​ ​court​ ​on​ ​September​ ​25,​ ​2017.​ ​Eleidy​ ​Breton​ ​is​ ​currently​ ​out​ ​on​ ​bail. If​ ​convicted​ ​could​ ​be​ ​facing​ ​up​ ​to​ ​10​ ​years​ ​in​ ​prison.
