Congratulations to Sarah DiGabriele on being one of five nominees for P.R.I.D.E. ambassador!

Sarah believes she best embodies the trait of determination. “I am very goal-oriented and focused on putting my all into being where I want to be” Sarah explains.

In addition to her determination, Sarah describes herself as positive. She shares, “No matter what I do, I try to look at it with a good attitude. Everything that comes my way, I deal with it and just try my best to keep smiling.” This inspirational attitude is what motivated Sarah to run for P.R.I.D.E. ambassador.

As the varsity cheer captain, Sarah has worked hard this season to lead by example, demonstrating all five P.R.I.D.E. traits in everything she does. Her involvement includes playing unified track and basketball, earning an officer position for Highlanders for Humanity, serving as a REACH leader, and being a peer tutor. Additionally, Sarah is the Class of 2025 president.

Outside of school, Sarah is active in Girl Scouts and is diligently working on her gold award project, which involves creating friendship bracelets with positive sayings to support mental health in the community.

Sarah firmly believes she is the best candidate for P.R.I.D.E. ambassador, stating, “I really do think I embody all of the traits of a P.R.I.D.E. ambassador.” She emphasizes that she showcases these traits through her work at West Morris and her service to the Long Valley community.

On the night of the homecoming game, Sarah was escorted by senior Lucas Rowland!
