Cookie DŌ
Do you love to eat raw cookie dough? Well now there is a store exactly for this! Located in NYC Cookie DŌ is where you can eat raw cookie dough.
Cookie DŌ was born thanks to a woman named Kristen. Kristen went to a cookie shop but she was craving unbaked cookie dough. She brought a tub of raw cookie dough that was meant for baking and ate it. From there Cookie DŌ was created.
Kristen was working on the early stages of creating Cookie DŌ when she found out that she had a gluten intolerance. She found a way to incorporate her favorite gluten-full foods into a different gluten free way, cookie dough be no exception.
There is a variety of different flavors you can choose from when you go to Cookie DŌ! The flavors include: Signature Chocolate Chip, Sugar Cookie, Brownie Batter, Oatmeal M & M, CommandŌ, Chocolate Dream, Fluffernutter, Salty & Sweet, Heavenly, Nuts for Nuts, Confetti, Gimme S’more, Peanut Butter Snickerdoodle, Egg Hunt, Cake Batter and Snickerdoodle.
However there are some other yummy goods you can get besides raw cookie dough. These items would include: Ice Cream Sundae, Ice Cream SandŌwich, Cookie DŌ Milkshake, Cookies, Breakfast Banana Bar, Cookie Dough Fudge, Cookie Sandwich, Cookie Dough Ice Cream Pie, Cookie Dough Brownie, Cookie Bomb, Cookie Cake and Blondie Bar.
I personally went to Cookie DŌ to see what all the rave was about. When I went to Cookie DŌ I was fortunate that the line was only about a 5 minute wait. When it is your time to order you should have some idea what you want to order because they want to keep the line moving.
I got 1 scoop of Signature Chocolate Chip on a cone. The cookie dough was VERY filling so plan according if you would like to get more than 1 scoop.
Overall I was very impressed with Cookie DŌ and I hope to be able to go back soon!
Senior Amanda toolan said that “Yeah I would want to go! It looks interesting! If I went I would probably get the Signature Chocolate Chip cookie dough.”
