After two years of not being able to experience a traditional Relay For Life, West Morris Central and West Morris Mendham are working hard to make this year’s Relay the best one yet! At the moment the club is currently in the midst of choosing chair positions for the 2021-22 school year. If you aren’t able to be a chair, but still want to get involved, don’t hesitate to reach out to Drew Miller ([email protected]), MaKenna Lindert ([email protected]), or Ms. Gonzalez ([email protected]). Starting soon the club will meet on Fridays during lunch, if you are interested in joining be sure to attend!

If you don’t have the time to join the club, but still want to get involved, register for this year’s Relay. It is set to take place June 3rd, 2022 at West Morris Central. Get together a team full of your peers to help fight the battle against cancer. The more money you begin to raise now, the better! As the year goes on, teams who raise the most money will be rewarded.

Relay For Life also wants you to show your support for those fighting breast cancer! Take a photo of yourself wearing pink and tag @relayforlifewm on instagram! (American Cancer Society)

Although the big event is months away, Relay for Life will be hosting tons of other fundraising events throughout the year. The first of many events will be Fall Fest 2021. It is set to take place on October 22 in the courtyard! Families and younger siblings are welcome to attend from 4-5:30 and from 6:00-8 it will be solely for high school students! There will be Halloween movies, music, snacks, games and so much more. Be sure to check it out! Follow @relayforlifewm on instagram for more details and to stay updated throughout the school year.
