November is over and the fall coziness has transitioned into the most beloved time of the year: the holidays! To help students get into the holiday season, and stay on top of mental health, the Health and Wellness Department has some new activities in store.
Mrs. Cartier, District Wellness Counselor is hosting “Winter Wellness” on December 11th in the Zen Zone. Students are encouraged to wear their comfiest clothes and come down during any free period to just relax. All are welcome between 8am and 2pm!
December is also bringing a new set of Pack Lounge Activities, hosted by Mrs. Cartier, and located in an old guidance conference room. On December 4th, warm hot chocolate will be offered and music will be playing. On December 11th, all are welcome to come down and paint some snowflakes, and to close off the month before holiday break. On December 18th, Mrs. Cartier will be offering some activities relating to “New Year Fun”!
Mrs. Cartier hopes that everyone will come down and get involved in all the events being offered this month and a friendly reminder; the Health and Wellness Department is there to help with anything you need!
