On the other side of the bracket, Wolfpack rival Chatham won their way into the section final. The girls had faced the Cougars throughout the regular season and beat them both times. However, the two faced off for a third time this year in the Morris County tournament final where Chatham won 1-0 in OT.

Playing Chatham for the sectional final made it all that more emotional after counties for the Wolfpack. Chatham scored fairly early in the first half but the rock solid defense for WMC was able to shut down their offense for the rest of the game. Senior forward Landry Cammarata scored to equalize the game in the first half. Cammarata then scored the go ahead goal off of a corner kick from Senior Kacy Smith who also assisted the first goal for the Wolfpack to give them the lead.
