“Excuse me how do I get to the F-wing?”

September 30th was every parent’s favorite day of the year….Back to School Night! WMC had an amazing turnout with classrooms filled and parents ready to learn about what their kids do every day. Back to School night went from 6:30pm-8:45pm, with classes lasting about 8 minutes each.

The Student Council and senior REACH were posted in the hallways with maps and friendly smiles waiting to help disoriented parents. The REACH students got great feedback from parents thanking them for being so helpful and kind.

“Excuse me how do I get to the F-wing?” was a common question asked by parents Tuesday night with WMC’s layout being a little confusing and that the parents weren’t handed maps during the assembly welcoming them to the school. Even though there were maps of the school posted on most walls and REACH and Student Council students posted at every corner of the school parents still found it challenging.

The administration looks forward to future back to school nights and enjoys the parents committed to meeting their children’s teachers every year.
