WMC Boys Soccer JV team celebrates the win

On October 22nd, the West Morris Central Boys Soccer JV team won the title of Morris County JV Champs in the Morris Knolls Invitational Cup after a 1-0 match against Morris Knolls.

Goal scored by Ty DeGeyter with an assist from AJ Schwartz in the 75th minute.  The team had a final record of 12-1-2.

Many junior varsity teams from Morris County and the surrounding area competed in this four-stage tournament.  The Pack previously defeated Dover, Chatham, and Mount Olive, respectively in separate stages of the tournament in order to receive the honor of playing in the championship game.

The first championship won by the program by any level in recent years, this remains a large accomplishment for the players and coaches.
